We are looking for an amazing sales representative to handle inbound marketing opportunities. You will be in charge of converting inbound traffic into new leads for Champion Solutions Group, and nurturing those leads to close with the help of sales leadership.

The Role.

Market Response Representatives are the first point of contact between Champion Solutions Group and prospective customers handling in-bound leads. Specific responsibilities of this inside sales position include:

  • Work with marketing on rich content created to attract qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc).
  • Grow new leads by following up via phone, email, on site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, webinars, live chat and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Fill out client BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Time Frame) forms to forward to sales.

The compensation package includes a base salary + commissions/bonus + full benefits. Your earnings potential is unlimited! Additional rewards include sales contest prizes and team events.

You should have:

  • 1-3 + years of selling experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in a Business Development Representative supported or cold-calling sales environment

Required Education:
